We'll show you around and help you set up your mat.

Follow along, rest whenever you need and ask questions.

We provide natural rubber mats, cork blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets and towels. Wear something comfortable you can move in. You'll practise barefoot.

Yoga meets you where you are. Every pose has simpler versions, and resting in child's pose is always an option.

Absolutely. Flexibility comes from practising, it isn't a requirement to start.

Hatha Foundations, Yin & Restore or Breathwork & Meditation. All three move slowly and explain everything.

A light snack an hour or two before is fine. Avoid a large meal just beforehand.

Often yes, but please check with your doctor first and tell your teacher before class so they can suggest alternatives.

Many people do. Check with your midwife or doctor, avoid heated classes and let your teacher know.

Rest, use a prop or try the simpler version. There's no failing in yoga.
