A full second storey added to a brick bungalow, with the family living at home.
Overview
The Morgans loved their street but had outgrown their two-bedroom bungalow. We added three bedrooms and two bathrooms on a new second storey, matching the original brick and roof pitch.
The roof came off and the new floor went on in nine days, under a temporary scaffold roof, and the family stayed at home throughout.
