Getting started
Quotes & design
Yes. We visit, measure and talk through options at no cost.
For kitchens, bathrooms and most renovations, our in-house designers are enough. For additions and new homes we work
with your architect or introduce one.
Within about 15%. The fixed price comes after design.
During the build
Schedules & sites
7am to 4:30pm on weekdays in residential areas. Commercial sites may run longer.
We use dust walls, floor protection and air scrubbers, and clean up every evening.
We stop, show you, and price the fix in writing before continuing.
After handover
Warranty & aftercare
Ten years on structure, five on workmanship and two on fixtures, plus any manufacturer warranties.
Yes, for a 12-month check-in to fix any settling cracks or adjustments.
