A plant producing 900 vehicles a day cannot wait for parts. Rhein Motorwerk needed just-in-time deliveries from 60 suppliers across three countries.
We built a milk-run network with dedicated trucks, a cross-dock beside the plant and an air-charter back-up for emergencies.
