Booking
Booking and payment
Choose a departure and click Request to book, or call our team. We hold your place for 48 hours while you pay the
deposit.
$500 per person, fully refundable up to 60 days before departure. The balance is due 60 days before you travel.
International flights are not included, but our team can book them for you. Internal flights on the itinerary are
included.
Yes. After the deposit you can pay the balance in up to four monthly payments at no extra cost.
On tour
Groups and travelling
Four to twelve travellers, average nine. Safari groups are capped at eight.
Most travellers are between 30 and 70. Family departures welcome children from eight years old.
Each tour is graded Easy, Moderate or Challenging. The trip notes describe daily walking distances and altitude in
detail.
Yes. Tell us when you book and we will brief every hotel and restaurant in advance.
Changes
Changes and cancellations
Deposits are refundable up to 60 days before departure. After that, cancellation fees apply on a sliding scale.
You get a full refund or a free transfer to another date. We guarantee every departure once four people have booked.
Of course. We can add nights before or after the tour, or build a short private extension.
