Designer, developer, occasional letterpress printer.
I'm Ezra. I make complicated things feel simple.
I grew up in Porto, studied communication design in Lisbon and spent my twenties in agencies and product teams, learning to design and code at the same time. Today I work independently with start-ups and small teams who care about craft.
My favourite projects start with a messy problem and a team willing to talk to their users. I bring research, design and front-end skills, so ideas don't get lost between hand-offs.

A small desk above a tram line
I work from a shared studio in Lisbon's Bairro Alto, with a big monitor, a bigger window and a letterpress in the corner.
Wood type, trail runs and too much coffee
I volunteer at the Mono Type workshop, run the coastal trails at weekends and roast my own beans, badly.
