If a key result can only be checked at the end of the quarter, you'll find out too late. Pick a measure that moves every week.

A key result nobody looks at is just a wish with a number in it.

Link the work

Connect each key result to the epics that should move it. When the work ships and the number doesn't move, you've learned something valuable.
