Full refunds until March 31, 2027. After that, tickets can be transferred for free until May 31.

Yes. Choose 'pay by invoice' at checkout for orders of 3 or more passes.

Students get 50% off Conference passes with a valid student ID.

Yes. Lakeshore is step-free throughout, with hearing loops, reserved seating and accessible bathrooms on every floor.

Free on-site childcare for ages 2–10 is available on all three days. Book when you buy your ticket.

All meals include vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Tell us about allergies at registration.

Speaking

The call for papers is open until January 15, 2027. Read the announcement for details.

All speakers receive a free all-access pass, travel and hotel. Workshop instructors are also paid a fee.

Sponsors can host lightning talks on the second stage. Main-stage talks are never sold.
