The project
An eleven-storey office where every floor has a terrace and the staircase is the best room in the building.
We turned the usual core inside out: lifts and services sit on the north side, freeing the south for a wide, sunlit stair that connects all eleven floors.
The brick and bronze facade steps back as it rises, giving each upper floor its own planted terrace.
