One idea developed in detail, with costs checked by an independent quantity surveyor.

Planning drawings, reports and consultation with neighbours and the city.

Detail

Every junction drawn and coordinated with engineers, then tendered to contractors.

Build and return

Weekly site visits, handover, and a return visit a year later to see how it works.

Tools

Every project starts on tracing paper. It keeps ideas loose and conversations open.

We build card and timber models at every stage, from 1:500 to full-size details.

Digital models test daylight, energy and whole-life carbon before we commit.

Questions

A house typically takes 18 to 24 months from first meeting to moving in. Larger public buildings take three to five years.

Yes. Every stage has its own fee and you can pause or stop at any decision point.

Happily. We can also run a competitive tender or work with a design-and-build contractor.
